It helps us build opinions and have points of view on things in life. People debate over the subject of whether education is the only thing that gives knowledge. If we have some knowledge about anything then people will respect.

मानव पूंजी निर्माण या मानव संसाधन विकास में शिक्षा की महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका है।  यह किसी व्यक्ति को उसके समक्ष उपलब्ध आर्थिक अवसरों का बेहतर उपयोग करने में मदद करता है।  शिक्षा और कौशल बाजार में एक व्यक्ति की कमाई के प्रमुख निर्धारक हैं।
 इस शिक्षा के अलावा कई अन्य लाभ हैं जैसे कि निम्नलिखित:
• यह एक आदमी को विकास के चारों ओर बनाने में मदद करता है और समृद्धि के द्वार खोलता है।
 •  यह एक कुशल कार्यकर्ता के रूप में उनकी क्षमताओं को बढ़ाता है और उन्हें बेहतर कमाई करने में सक्षम बनाता है।
• शिक्षा पुरुषों को बुरी आदतों से छुटकारा दिलाती है।
• यह उसे अच्छी आदतें प्राप्त करने और अपने देश के लिए एक आदर्श नागरिक बनने में मदद करता है।
• साक्षर माता-पिता अपने बच्चों के लिए शिक्षा के लाभों से अवगत हैं।
• वे उचित पोषण और स्वच्छता के प्रति भी सचेत हैं।

शिक्षा क्यों जरूरी है
 
शिक्षा हमें हमारे आसपास की दुनिया का ज्ञान देती है और इसे कुछ बेहतर में बदल देती है।  यह हमारे अंदर जीवन को देखने का एक दृष्टिकोण विकसित करता है।  यह हमें राय बनाने में मदद करता है और जीवन में चीजों पर दृष्टिकोण रखता है।  लोग इस विषय पर बहस करते हैं कि क्या शिक्षा एकमात्र ऐसी चीज है जो ज्ञान देती है।  अगर हमें किसी चीज के बारे में कुछ ज्ञान है तो लोग सम्मान करेंगे।
